Our Facilities

All our accommodation offerings are well equipped with everything provided for a stress free self catering break. This includes electricity connection, full sized beds and a cosy log effect electric heater. Outside each pitch is equipped with a picnic table, fire pit (wood provided free), cool box, barbeque and single gas ring together with a selection of pots, pans and utensils for your catering needs. Communal covered areas for cooking and eating are provided in case of inclement weather. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the site.

The star of the show is our luxurious Shower Cabin where complimentary toiletries await you. Two luxury wet rooms fitted with under floor heating, showers, toilets, basins and hair dryers are provided. The cabin also houses a washing up area containing two sinks, fridge  freezer (for your ice packs), microwave, kettle and toaster together with local information boards.

The Snug is our communal indoor chill-out area with leather sofas, dining table & chairs, equipped with a selection of books & games for our guests to enjoy in all weathers!  We have also included an outdoor fire-pit area for larger night-time gatherings. 

We are located in a safe and secure area away from main roads allowing children the freedom to explore safely. A short walk through the neighbouring fields and woodland reveals a vast array of animals including donkeys, goats, horses and pigs, a perfect way to wear the children out before marshmallows, hot chocolate and bed!!

The following items can be provided on request, towels, cots, high chairs, night lights, child friendly crockery, cutlery and drinking  cups. Children's food options can be also be provided in breakfast hampers if required.

A children's play area Is provided to keep your under 12's entertained during your stay.

A brand new petanque court is now available. There are also numerous outdoor and indoor games as well as a selection of books available in The Snug.

Bicycle storage and a drying room are also provided for guest use. Keys are available from reception

Kitchen:  facilities include a picnic table, small gas ring, barbeque, microwave, toaster, freezer, cool box, crockery & serving dishes, cutlery, utensils, fire-extinguisher, pots & pans, glasses & mugs,  kettle, kitchen towels, salt & pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, cloths, general cleaning materials, etc. 

Shower Cabin: under floor heating, complimentary toiletries, soap, toilet roll. 

Bedroom: Egyptian cotton bed linen, hot water bottles and plenty of fleeces and throws. 

Heating: the shepherds hut and bell tents benefit from a log effect electric heater. The cabins benefit from an electric radiator. 

Free Wi-Fi is provided across all areas of the site. 

One basket of firewood is provided for the fire pit free of charge. Additional wood can be purchased at a cost of £7.50 per basket. 

Books, games (indoor and outdoor), dart board, magazines, local brochures and maps are provided in the Snug.
